The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the city's attractions and public transportation. The hotel provided basic amenities such as towels and air conditioning, although I had to specifically request them from the reception.
The overall experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition and looked more like a low-quality lodge than a hotel room.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! the staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help us out. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from some amazing restaurants and shops. Plus, we loved that they had a pool and gym to enjoy. a fantastic experience!
